Okay... I answered my own question. Starter would not even get close to turning over a new 65AX so I heated the head with a Monokote Heat Gun. Got it up to what I would guess was 70 centigrade and it turned right over and started. Ran it for about 5 minutes with a good 4 cycle and lots of transitions. Running like a champ at the end. Still tight turning over TDC but the starter should be able to get it past.
