I think the CG issues could be remedied, the belly scoop would be superfluous given the wing root leading edge intakes which would be more effective and efficient, also the empennage is way undersized and not in the best location for optimum effectivity given the intersection interruption to airflow at the wing root and at higher angles of attack that stab would be ineffective - it's a 3D model, someone stick it in a flow analysis and let's see?
