I always use 100 gram glass cloth and some epoxy to reinforce sides and joints, it’s much lighter and easier than plywood doubler.

Making the firewall by laminating three pieces of 5 ply 2.5 mm plywood.


Using some CA to tag motor mount on firewall, then drilling screw holes.
