As you gain experience, you will relax a little.
LiPo cells don't break down overnight, so letting them sit at a full-charge, "storage charge" or 30% for a few days / weeks really can't cause any damage.
And, since you use the 6S LiPo in your starter, and use the starter a few times a week, just monitor it and don't let it get below 30% when you are at the field.
On my helis, I use a 2S2P LiPo pack in my Hanger 9 12V starter that spins my YS 120SR-X quite nicely. And, it will start my 3 nitro helis about 40 to 50 times before I have to recharge it. I just monitor it with a ESR / battery monitor plugged into the balance lead. When it gets to around 50%, I recharge. That can take a week or a month - depending on how the weather is.
