i would get something like a hobbywing 1060 esc, is also waterproof. the ESC in most RCs are pretty universal by scale, occasionally they are a 2 in 1 reciever ESC unit, but it does not look like that is the case with yours.

the esc will only push as much voltage/amperage as the Motor is demanding.
does also give you the opportunity to upgrade to brushless if you would like.
something like a Hobbywing 10bl60 combo.
