I tried a 1300mah 4s lipo in this boat. But the results were not what I expected. The speed was not really incread as far as my bare eye could see. Taken the fact that the 1300mah is way lighter than the 3300mah 3s.
i had my gps device with me but there was no room in the hull to put it in.
what’s next?
I ordered a €13 3900kv 36 series motor with the 3s lipo. That’s a good 44k rpm and I guess that is wat this boat needs.
I also modded the strut so It can be adjusted. I set it to a neutral/slightly negative angle but it can even be set to a positive angle.
I expect this new motor to arrive next week so the saga continues than😁
