Mike, it took several months to get used to my partial knee replacement. Range of motion exercises first, then strength later. Don't overdo it, and avoid high-impact activities. I'm done with dirt bikes and running. Swimming is GREAT!

Of all the joint replacements, shoulders seem to be the worst - most pain and longest rehab. So far, this one's doing OK.
