Okay, that means the receiver got soaked. I would go through the instruction book(s) and see if there is a way to rebind the receiver to the transmitter. If not, you may have to replace it.
As far as the prop, are you saying you couldn't physically turn the prop shaft by hand or were you trying to turn it by using the controller? Just want to make sure we're on the same page on this one.
