Yes my CG is as depicted, I don't understand your last line. I don't find it overly sensitive and quite comfortable to fly.
I believe I posted my elevator throws as well. You be the judge. I suggest that you do the same as I have and start flying and removing the weight progressively as you gain confidence in the airplane and your ability to fly the airplane. I am certain I can remove more weight and will continue to study that when the summer comes again to the northern hemisphere.
