Earlier this week I received my CARF F-100D Kit!

It came in 3 boxes, one with the wings/stabs, one with the front of the fuse, and one with the rear fuse and drop tanks. Everything came undamaged.

First impressions are, it’s big, it’s light and very well put together. The quality, and finish is fantastic. All the building work is done! All the surfaces are hinged, and the control horns are installed. The best part is all of the gear doors are completely done, and done well. All the Servo mounts are in place, including for all the doors.

This is a scuff n’ spray plane! It’s a welcome and appreciated change for me... my last builds were 3 Tomahawk jets, and 4 Airworld jets/planes. All of the building is done, very cleanly.

Here are some first few pics.
