with flaps 40 the elevator is flush with the fixed ruddervator part
cg- 160 forward of the fuse joint line
rc scale builder has a thread (Fouga Magister Philip Avonds Scale jets) on this build which is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to finish your build.
