My friend with the yellow Stinson used the TNT gear, mine just has the stock landing gear, after ripping it off the first time I went back in and added additional reinforcement to the mounting area. I think that the manual shows 2 different ways to reinforce, I have incorporated both as well as making the gear removable for repairs.
