In slope soaring in medium to higher winds where you'll likely be doing aerobatics where the servos are moving more often than they are still you'll use up power a lot faster you'll want higher capacity cells. If you're looking at around 2 hrs of air time per day I'd go with something up around 850 to 1000mah to be sure you don't run low. And even a little more would not be out of the question if the servos are digital which tend to use more power for the same movement.
