Okay, he sent me the link to the video and, if you follow his directions, you can get away with using the two part foam as shown in this video:
Personally, I won't use it because, while he says it makes the boat stronger and could be right about that, it also makes repairs harder since you have to clean the seal off to replace parts. Then again, that's just me and I like to keep things simple.
