You're probably anxious to get this thing in the plane.
But you could just make up some extensions to get the DRM out of the prop wash, so you can get a proper look at it while it's running.
Same for the fuel lines, for the consumption test.
Slap a bigger prop on it, a 24/12 or something like that, and give it another go.
A 16" pitch prop is probably going to absorb more power in the air than it is doing static.
Thanks! Yea the PC-21 Sebart is on the stand and install will start this week. What I plan on doing is we can install the vario prop on the plane and setup a pull scale to test the force. One of the factors in this is we have to run in the gear box for 60 min prior to upping the RPM to max. That's why it comes set to 200K on engine RPM. Max 225K.
