Vennie^, there is a clear-blue glue that machinists use to glue in cylinders liners on engine blocks (when they replace worn out cylinders) I have seen my friend use it. he gave me some to use on the screws inside of Chevy's rocker covers. he said the screws would never come out...
maybe Garry and or Dave will comment about this glue if it will work for you.

Garry, I sure wish I knew about that 91. LOL
