That plane was built by my buddy Dave. The cowl is made from balsa, parting horizontally then vertical at rear. Built from RCM plan # 915 iirc. Designed by Dich Tichenor for and around the Saito twin 90. Built back around 1984. The engine runs super, idle all day at 1900 RPM.
