When ordering, buy some large heat shrink tubing, for whatever configuration you want. Add some extra insulation between the areas where the two cells are in close proximity. Most cells are already plastic covered, but a bit extra is a good plan. Fresh off the charger, 10 cells will measure as much as 15 volts, but will settle down to 14V rather quickly. If you do not have a specific "form" in mind, (like 5 cells long, by 2 cells wide).. just about any cordless 14.8 NiMh battery pack would be capable of providing that much capacity. There are many on-line battery suppliers.. not surprisingly... on line. ;-)
