It does look cool, although there are quite a few F-4's out there - some really big ones too. I think that his Mig-17 is cooler.
As far as the size is concerned, keep in mind that the max. weight under the LTMA program in the U.S. is 100 lbs and the max installed thrust is 90 lbs. I doubt that this F-4 would meet either of those limits.
