Correct me if I’m wrong but I was under the impression that minimum altitude for manned aircraft is 500’ and cannot fly within 500’ of people and structures. In this case no structures or people were overflown. Hydro, he repeated this behavior for several months. The club suspended one member for a month over the use of foul language. The site has a bike trail leading directly into the parking lot.
