RE: Your first crash? I want to hear about it...
Alright, my first crash. It was actually last weekend. It was a nice sunny day here in beautiful Florida and I had my Extra300 out. It was flying great so I decided to do a little hotdoggin. It was all going great and on my final manuever and also my first ever attempt- a flatspin. It started great and I was surprised at that, but when it came time to get out of the flatspin... I choked and forgot what to do. SPLAT![X(] The plane hit the ground. It wasnt traveling that fast (or it was just slo-mo for me) but crunch! It cracked the fuse in half and the only thing holding the nose to the fuse was the throttle pushrod. It was a great plane that I miss very much now. but now I have a sportster on the way. Ill post some pics shortly.
