Well it’s 2025, I’ve been down with meds I am still building and pretty limited to What I can do. Going to have Back sergery seems most of my issues are connected with a pinched static nerve, from a failed disc. Under the care of three doctors, so they have to release me,two of them so I can go thru this back operation. Really stiff in the morning. But use a heating pad. Another think not related to my situation. I’ve been seeing several sites offering Sterling Kits for sale, I posted what occured, so be on the alert.
