As you can probably tell, 4.8V is not 6V. Volts are what make the power in an electric plane. If you don't have enough Volts, you don't have enough power. Because of the nature of electricity, you are actually cutting the power by 36%, which is a pretty significant chunk of change. The plane probably won't fly on 4.8V. At least it definitely won't burn up the motor.
