RE: Arrogance at your field?

What field was this at? Most of the guys at NVRC are very friendly, and always ready to help a newbie out. I am the recently elected Pres of NVRC and would most certainly be willing to help a new guy out. We recently aquired two club trainers and will be offering free introductory flights to people who just show up and are interested in the hobby. We want them to get started on the right foot, and will of course discuss safety issues before taking them up.
