P40e,
depicted in my post are the Kyosho & H9 arf's, niether have flaps.
Flaps can be more easily added to the Hangar9 Corsair.
I think most Kyosho and Hangar9 warbird flyers will agree that flaps are not needed.
If you are worried about approachs you could use a radio mix called airbrakes which uses aileron as flaps.
To answer the question, which arf is best, is difficult, there are so many opinions and so many arf makers.
