Try Carbo-Sol. I believe its a SunnySide product. It's a fast dry solvent but it's very volitle. I used it to leech the oil stains out of my garage floor before it was coated. You can acctually see the oil pooling on top of the liquid. You can find it at any Menards stores or maybe a Home-Depot type store or a automotive paint store. I believe It's used for cleaning before painting.

Another alternative is Naptha or Xylol.
