Just keep in mind that they way these cheaper-type of planes fly isn't really reflective of the way that the larger, glow-powered models fly....while you have "some" control over the cheaper ones, you have complete control over the more expensive glow powered planes.
What I'm trying to say is, you might find that you don't like the cheaper electric stuff.....but you may love the glow-powered planes. I would advise you to find a local club.....many of them have "club trainers" that you can try your hand at.
