The gear is the RFFS radio (drives 2 actuators, and has built-in ESC), 2 actuators, LiPoly cell, and KP-00 motor/U-80 prop. All of this is available at
http://www.smallrc.com as a package. Look at the 'Products', then 'Lightning Combos'... There is a construction article on converting the plane in the 'Documentation' section.
Here are a couple of pictures, one showing the radio and a longer shot showing the surface mounted actuators. I've used the 145 LiPolys (8 minute flights), all the way up to the 250 mah LiPoly (20 minute flights).
