RE: Super Stunts 60 setup
Tamey
I second the motion on the nose wheel; it works fine as per instructions. BTW, I have converted my SS60 to a tail dragger.
I experimented with coupled flaps, and with the Ultra Stick quad-flap system, and concluded that they are no advantage on this airplane. Because it is big, and slow, you really don't need them. I ended up settling for the normal ailerons and separate flaps. I set up the flaps on my landing switch (see your radio manual, when you can find one in English). I use max flaps, about 45 degrees, and offsetting down elevator; try a setting, and adjust as needed.
PCM 9X; I have downloaded an English-language manual written by the British JR distributor (MacGregor). Send me your e-mail address and I will send you a copy; it is an Adobe .pdf file.
Love the airplane, particularly making full-flap harrier-style landing approachs into a slight breeze; it lands almost like a heli!
