I just use a small notebook, they are cheap and you can get them anywhere!
I log every thing . model when it was built, any mod's I made, first flight, # of flights, date & time, prop size, rpm, fuel type and oil/nitro content, glow plug. and a short memo of that days flights. I can tell you everything about every plane and flight I have ever had. make a great reference guide!
