They can be flown in many variations. Fly an inside loop to the point of the plane starting vertical and then enter an outside loop. It will look like the letter 8 on it's side (oo with one inside and one outside loop connected). Many variations exist with rolls/snaps etc on a 45 degree line connecting the two loop portions.
