I have been happy with the way the 24 pulls the plane, but as of right now, It is not as powerfull as the Saito 180. It has limited veritcal and will probably not 3d very well. All depends on what you want. According to Cactus Aviation, source for the 3w, it will take about 3 gallons of fuel and a Bolly 18x10 prop for the engine to come alive. Bobby, from Cactus, claims he can hove a 13+ pound ultra stick with the 24...I imagine he can.

I have hover my Ultra Stick with a G23 on a cold day (50 degres or so)... If it's hot (70+ degres, I can't hover).
