Simon, not necessarily - this depends on the engine doesnt it !? The West uses the Mini and not the Throttle Pipe... the Throttle Pipe chokes the West.

The way to tell them apart from the outside is that the last part - the tail of the pipe is about 1" long on a Mini Pipe, and half that on a throttle pipe.

Ih would generally supply the Capiche Throttle Pipe for engines other than the West and the Mini with the West T motors
