If you have a spare RC channel (preferably a flap channel with a knob or slider) go get
a small servo, mount it under the wing along the side of the fuselage. Attach the camera
to the servo horn(the part that moves) You now have a camera that looks forward, then
with the movement of the knob, looks down for great video of the ground.

A great servo for this would be a Hitec HS-55.

Heres my setup on my Kadet LT-40, I use a standard servo:
