Dave Patrick Models Can't Spell Customer
It looks like the last big thread complaining about DPM service has been closed so time to start another one. And you know what? You guys who say that Dave Patrick Models gave great service to you despite the other 99.9% of us who get nothing, consider yourselves lucky. Actually, consider it a mistake because it goes against everything they normally do.
Dave Patrick - These are my opinions and from what I read on RCU, similar to the opinions of many other modelers. Sandy is ruining your company. This is well documented and my experience trying to get a 120 Ultimate has been exactly what I expected from all the other horror stories. She blames the builder, the frieght company, the weather, and then claims all the products are shipped to us on her "daily" news. Guess what? The Ultimates came in early January and my LHS has yet to receive the ones he has had backordered since early 2003. She continues to make promises of "next week".
Yes, I know how great the planes are. But pretty soon, the competition will have planes just as good that we can actually buy. Plus, I can only imagine if my Patrick plane was down and I needed a part like a cowl or canopy.
Where is this dedicated RCU Dave Patrick Support thread? I can't wait to see the response time on that.
