Default RE: t6xa problem

We're sorry to hear that a problem wasn't solved when the transmitter was here, in our shop. According to your post, though, the difficulty is intermittent. That means that it comes and goes. Intermittent problems are the MOST difficult to track down because they do not occur consistently. When an item is here, we do all that we can to duplicate a given problem. Sometimes, though, it doesn't happen. We can't repair a problem that can't be found.

There should have been absolutely no problems in getting arrangements made for us to go over the transmitter again. Any correspondence enclosed with the transmitter should be a detailed as possible so that the technician can have a chance at locating the difficulty. Are there any particular conditions, stick positions, and so on that happen when the tranmitter acts up? The more information we have the better.

Since we don't know who you are (due to aliases), we have no way to look up your workorder and let the techs know it's coming back. Just send us an email to the service address, and we'll be glad to work with you.
