You did not say how long you charged them. The 125 Milliampere rate should be fine for these, just charge for at least 14 to 16 hours the first three times. The 250 milliampere discharge rate should also be fine for these to get maximum milliampere/hours out. Is your Accucyle accurate? It may not be discharging down to 1 or 1.1 volts/cell.
