Not quite, my Moki 1.8 turns an 18x8 Pro Zinger around 8300 RPM on FAI fuel, tuned pretty rich. The Saito 180 is not even in the ballpark with it on 18 inch props.
I never said it would turn a larger prop
faster than the 2 stroke. I was just pointing out that the 4 stroke will reach its max power at a lower rpm than a similar sized 2 stroke and thus will be able to output its max power with a larger, slower turning prop.
The 2 stroke will still of course produce more power than the 4, it will just do so turning a smaller prop at a higher rpm.
