Hi Again All
I have a good friend who has a CAP 232 and was alarmed to hear that he is stuffing it full of weight to bring the CG forward. I feel that this could induce early stalling, to which the CAP is susceptible at the best of times
Please could anyone out there tell me where the CG is on a 232 - in terms of say, Percentage chord at wing root.
The chap bought this superb model (65 inch span, maybe a Flair) from a swapmeet in England.
Thanks and Best Regards

I read about this in a recent Model Airplane News artical. It was in the last 4 months but I can't remember which month. It will be 25-30% of MAC. MAC is Mean Aerodynamic Chord. You need to graphically determine the distance from the root that your MAC is. It's too hard to explain here. Then measure back 25-30% back from the leading edge at your MAC. You have a tapered wing since it's a CAP and that makes it a little tough. What model is it? Maybe someone has the manual here.
Also you might want to post the question in another area like scratch building. Those guys would know this stuff very well.
Cheers
