I agree with shenion that the ZDZ40 is a good choice. I only put the G-62 in because it was the engine I had. Consequently my batteries are in the tail to get it to balance. I think the lighter ZDZ40 would create a better airplane. I have the ZDZ40 in my Spitfire. It is a nice engine. Not quite as powerful as a G-62, but certainly adequate for most applications.
