I've found another way!
Program mix 3: aux3-aux3, rate on top 0%,rate on bottom Plus 100%,sw:land.
program mix 4: aux3-aux3,rate on top 0%,rate on bottom -100%,sw:ele>f.
travel adj: aux3 0% top and bottom.
I'll then put a drop of glue on the aux 3 knob to keep it from moving and use my flap mix for the turbine activation. I perfere this setup so that in an emergency I can shut down the turbine real fast.
