a magnum .61 2 stroke(im assuming its a 2 stroke) is probly a bit on the heavy side, as for the CG is snaps when you pull up, i would take alittle bit of throw out of the elevator first and see what that does for you. if that doesnt help then move the cg alitte forward. try both if they dont work by themselfs. ive never flown a cap so it might just be the plane.
