Not really sure about the tail wheel but it seems to be adequate unless you plan on doing some harrier landings.
The LG struts do seem to be a bit flimsy so I would either try carbon fiber tape or just get some cf cloth and wrap that around the gear then dip it in some epoxy.
CA hinges are fine unless you don't do critical steps to their installation. I had them on my .91 extra and they were quite strong. Alot of people install them with their bare hands which will make them oily, some don't drill holes, or cut away covering, and many don't use super thin super high quality CA
Question about the cline, do you have or need to install a check valve to pressurize the tank? What benefits will the cline offer other than fuel siphoning?
