Cheap ESC's use as many amps at 1/2 throttle as at wide? Really? How does that happen?[sm=confused.gif]

And, (maybe more important), are the GWS ESC's (the 300 is the one I have) in this category?

If so, I suppose I can stop flying at 1/2 throttle thinking I'm extending my flight times!
