horizon hobbies is the distributor of the seagull product line, they have a great track record in the customer service area. THey have a toll free number on their website you can call. I have a seagull model extra 300 and the arf was ok as you continue in the sport you will find that mostly all arf have something that needs attention as did my extra but it wasnt all that bad.
