DO you run a fuel filter on your heli? I had a bad fuel filter cause all kinds of problems including a very hot running engine! My heli was running at over 230 degrees, I took the fuel filter off and started it back up and it now runs at below 190 degrees. Make sure you also check all your gas lines and make sure that you don't have an air leak on the engine.
