My first flight... last night
WOW... Now I know why you guys love helis! it was awesome...
I had the Concept dialed in by a heli trainer guy nearby...(found one) and I flew it for the first time last night...
WOW... (I can't say that enough) It was great. Even though I only hovered around for about 5 (very long) minutes), it was one of the most rewarding R/C experiences for me.
Based on last night's flight, I understand how easy it is to become disoriented and lose control. I did not crash, but had to abruptly land not more than 10 feet from my neighbors new BMW M5... eeek
Next steps, I've got to find a resource online that will help me perform all the maneuvers I here about in these forums
