I think a strong .50 would do you fine if you want to be able to hang it on the prop.... as long as you keep the plane light. I added about 3/4" to the overall chord of the rudder for a little more effectiveness. Keep in mind though, if hovering is what you want to do... its going to be easier on a profile fun fly. The flat fuse helps a lot with stability.
