The the CA hardens the holes. As was stated above, put the screws in first, then remove and use the thin CA.

A tip: Use #2 7/16" or 1/2" SOCKET HEAD screws instead of the phillips head screws. They take a 5/64" hex, but you will HAVE TO WORK AT IT to strip the head of one of them. If your LHS doesn't have them, RTL has them for about $5 for a bag of 100.
