Default RE: The GP Cap 232 is almost there

Josh
i have the webra 50 too and had midrange problems, but i fixed it by totally resetting needles to 2 1/2 on both low and high speed. After leaning out top end i slowly leaned on low speed till transition was perfect then checked the mid range and it was perfect. if you haven't done that already try it.

i also have the GP cap, i have it weighing at 4.5 pounds with no covering, cowl, and spinner but everything else so it sould just be under 5 pounds when i finish it. i have 2 expert mini servos for the airlerons 2 standards for rudder and elevator, and and hs-55 for throttle. i carved out the ply formers and fuse sides which took out about 4 ounces. i made 2 inch wide stick airlerons which are lighter than stock and made a dowel pushrod with a Y on the end for the elevator which also saved some weight. The webra is going in it.
